Turnover wall repairs
Anchors, holes, dents, loose tape, and paint-ready patches.
Turnovers and Focused Maintenance
Organize documented repair lists between tenants or handle suitable occupied-unit maintenance with a clear owner-approved scope.
When a unit becomes vacant, wall damage, loose hardware, door problems, flooring transitions, and unfinished repairs become easier to see. The efficient sequence is repair first, then paint, clean, and complete the final walk-through.
Tim works from an owner-approved repair list. Confirm the unit, decision maker, and whether the home is vacant or occupied before scheduling.
