About King Home Improvement

Owner-operated home repair and remodeling from one Brook Park base, serving Cleveland's west side since 2005.

Our Story

King Home Improvement was founded in 2005 to provide practical home repair and remodeling help from a local, owner-operated business.

Tim Jirecek is the person customers speak with and the person responsible for the work. Projects range from focused repairs and punch lists to room updates and remodeling. The scope depends on the condition of the home, access, materials, and whether a licensed trade or specialist is needed.

Before work begins, Tim defines the agreed repair, discusses material or matching limits, and explains what may change if concealed damage is found. King Home Improvement has one base in Brook Park and schedules mobile service throughout nearby west-side communities.

Meet Tim Jirecek

Owner and Craftsman

Tim works directly with homeowners from the first project conversation through the repair or improvement work.

Photos and a numbered repair list can help define a project, although some conditions require an in-person visit. Tim explains when an issue should be handled by a licensed trade or another specialist.

The goal is a clear scope, suitable materials, and direct communication about access, scheduling, and any conditions discovered after work begins.

What We Stand For

Define the Scope

Tim reviews the cause, materials, access, and finish boundaries so the agreed work is clear before it starts.

Direct Communication

Questions about the estimate, schedule, and repair go directly to the owner handling the project.

Respect the Home

Work areas, cleanup, and schedule changes are discussed as part of planning the job in an occupied home.
