Missing, damaged, or poorly fitted trim at the floor line.
Casing repairs, replacement pieces, and cleaner transitions around openings.
Measured installation for rooms and smaller accent areas.
Fit existing or replacement molding where new work meets an older finish.
Split trim, loose joints, damaged corners, and localized deterioration.
Trim needed after flooring, drywall, door, or painting work.
Profiles that look similar from across the room can differ in thickness, projection, edge shape, and how they meet neighboring pieces. Older trim may also have been milled to a profile that is no longer stocked.
Check the opening, profile, material, and neighboring surfaces.
Choose repair, replacement, or a transition that looks intentional.
Fit corners and joints, fasten securely, and protect nearby finishes.
Fill appropriate fastener holes and prepare paint-grade work for coating.
Localized damage may be repairable. Extensive rot or repeated splitting may make replacement the better choice.
