Door and hardware list
Adjustments, stops, latches, hinges, and suitable replacements.
One Defined List, One Planned Workday
Ask whether your repair list can fit a planned workday. Availability and the amount of work must be confirmed with Tim before scheduling.
A short list can include work that needs a return visit. Completion in one day is not guaranteed.

Adjustments, stops, latches, hinges, and suitable replacements.
Smaller patches, loose molding, and finish preparation.
Prepared products with clear locations and suitable mounting conditions.
Accessible strips, thresholds, trim, and localized repairs.
Suitable existing fan, light, faucet, and household hardware replacements.
Weather-permitting gates, rails, boards, and accessible trim repairs.
Hidden damage, missing parts, incorrect products, drying time, failed shutoffs, unsuitable wiring, unsafe access, and added requests can change what fits. Discuss these conditions rather than rushing the repair.
Review photos, products, access, and priorities.
Confirm likely tools, materials, and homeowner responsibilities.
Complete agreed items in the most efficient sequence.
Close out finished work and document deferred or referred items.
You can ask, but added work may replace a lower-priority item or require another appointment.
